Refund policy

For International students

Applicants are required to make the non-refundable administrative fees of £250 before getting the conditional offer of place. Then the applicants need to pay the tuition fees in full which could vary from £3500-£4000 once they have been offered a place at the proposed course. As soon as we receive the tuition fees, we shall send the unconditional offer of place.

If applicants are paying their fees from overseas, they should ask their bank to issue a wire transfer to ‘Career Research Centre Ltd’. If Applicants fees are to be paid by their sponsor in the United Kingdom, they should ask their sponsor to contact the Career Research Centre-CRC to arrange a wire transfer to  ‘Career Research Centre Ltd.

We do not accept any cash at any circumstance.

In the event of a Visa refusal

  • Career Research Centre-CRC will refund the deposit of tuition fees if the applicant is refused a UK student visa to enter or remain in the UK. You will need to provide a copy of the refusal from the British Embassy, copies of all pages of your passport and the original documents of admission issued by the Career Research Centre-CRC.
  • Refund requests and refusal documents must be submitted within 28 days of the refusal notice date.
  • Refund will be processed in 15 working days from the day of the submission of refund request.
  • Refunds will not be considered if the reason for refusal is due to false or incorrect documentary evidence, financial discrepancies, or genuineness of purpose.
  • Non-refundable administrative fees of £250 will not be refunded under any other circumstances.

In the event of Visa approval

Once the student has had his/her student visa approved to study at Career Research Centre-CRC, a refund will not be given under any circumstances, regardless of whether a student is unable to take up the course or continue for any reason. Students are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover any unforeseen contingencies that may prevent them from attending or completing a course of study at Career Research Centre-CRC.

Withdrawal before a Visa decision

Refunds will NOT be given under any circumstances; regardless of whether a student is unable to take up the course or withdraws his/her visa application for any reason, or fails to submit a visa application once deposits have been paid to Career Research Centre-CRC. Students are encouraged to take out insurance to protect themselves against all contingencies.

Please Note

  • All approved refunds are in UK pounds sterling or in BDT whatever seems suitable for the applicant and the CRC. The student will be responsible for any bank charges/fees.
  • No refund will be given once the course has commenced.
  • Where a course is cancelled by the Career Research Centre-CRC, student will be offered a relevant course (If available) or a full refund.
  • All students enrolling at Career Research Centre-CRC agree to, and are subject to, the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
  • Students are responsible for taking out their own insurance to protect them against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from attending a programme of study in the UK, and to cover illness, accidents, hospitalisation, emergencies, and other contingencies while studying in the UK.
  • Visa processing may take longer than expected so students should apply early and expect delays. No refunds will be given if a student withdraws his/her application before a visa application is submitted or processed irrespective of visa delays or other unforeseen delays.
  • The Career Research Centre-CRC reserves the right to change or amend any refund procedures at their discretion.
